Hello everyone out there in the Do Art Nation!
Summer is finally here! We are super excited for three amazing months of drawing, art, smiles, and amazing creative energy.
The first week of June is off to a great start, as we kick off the summer reading season with workshops in Kansas, Iowa, Florida, and more. We will be making comics, painting, creating bead art dinosaurs, and as always, unlocking creative superpowers through the magic of wacky art.
Wacky art is all about embracing the artistic process for itself, and all of the unexpected, happy little accidents that happen along the way. As you all head out into summer, whatever you’re doing, remember to take some time, and make something special. And don’t forget to share whatever that is with the world–by sharing our art with others we unlock created superpowers and those around us, and we allow the world to inspire us in return.
