Hello to all of you out there in the Do Art Nation. We’ve been having an amazing time at our most recent workshops and assemblies, and we are beyond thrilled to keep bringing Do Art to all of you!
We recently wrapped up yet ANOTHER Premier Showcase! This time we were a bit closer to home, in Des Plaines Illinois! It was amazing to see so many Illinois librarians in one place, as well as some truly incredible performers!
Jerry brought the energy, as always, juggling and unicycling for an audience of energetic, creative kids. I got some great juggling tips from some of the best artists in the Midwest. But more than anything, I was amazed at the creativity on display from so many performers. Whether magic, storytelling, juggling, or music, all the performers brought their own unique energy, and made the showcase truly special.
And that’s not all! I’ll be going on the road next month to the Missouri Library Association and then the Premier Showcase in Dallas, Texas! Seeing so many performers has really inspired me to sharpen my skills and bring you all the best performance possible!
